Black Suede is Meh

We have tried many of the aroma country diffuser oils. Most of them are amazing. Seagrass is our absolute favorite so far. The pine tree one is perfect for the holidays. White tea is a wonderful basic scent. Neroli blossom is also delightful. Asian lily was nice though a bit light for our taste.

Unfortunately we didn't really care for black suede. It's incredibly light.....to the point that I don't really notice it in a waterless diffuser running for 1 minutes every 15 minutes. That's higher than I run all of the other scents and yet this one is barely noticeable. It's not unpleasant....it's just barely there. So I'll blow through the 8.5oz in a couple months max at this rate.

So while I'd say many of the scents at Aroma Country are amazing...this one is definitely not going to be ordered again. We have even had company over who thought we stopped using the diffuser because they couldn't smell it either. It's possible we got a weak batch....and ya can't win them all.

I recently picked up a sample pack of 12 fragrances after striking out with a couple I initially tried — White Tea, while pleasant, leaned a bit too feminine for my taste…I can see why a lot of people love it, tho. & 1 Way was a preppy smell. Not my favorite.
I mention those in case you smelt them as well & you have a nose like me.

Out of the entire set, Black Suede stood out the most. It has the essence of a refined masculine cologne—subtle yet memorable. It’s the kind of scent that lingers in your home, gently infusing your clothes so you don’t even need to reach for actual cologne.

A close second is Pure Leather—rich, warm & woody. It’s beautiful. Better then any car fragrance leather & even higher end colognes I’ve tried.

Rounding out my top three would be White Tea West. Altogether, these scents strike a great balance of character & versatility. For someone with a sharp nose for fragrance, these three easily lead the pack:
1. Black Suede
2. Pure Leather
3. White Tea West
