Refill Questions
Will these refills work in my diffuser?
Our diffuser oils are concentrated blends made for cold air, waterless and nebulizing diffusers, and they are used in HVAC scenting systems as well. They are not designed for sealed cartridge systems that only accept their own pods.
Can I switch to a different scent when I refill?
Yes. Run the unit until the previous oil is used up, then clean the reservoir following your diffuser manufacturer instructions before adding a new scent.
Do I have to reorder the same size?
No. The scent is identical across sizes, so you can move up to a larger bottle whenever it suits how often you refill.
How should I store a spare refill?
Keep the bottle closed, upright and out of direct sunlight, at normal room temperature.
